If you own a vehicle you will be aware of there importance and our reliance on them for our daily lives.

So it is important to give some thought to keeping them as safe as possible.

Now the weather is warming up we are driving with open windows , please ensure these are fully closed when leaving the vehicle. Always check your vehicle is locked, make sure your fob has done it's job.

Try to park in busy areas, that are well lit.

If your vehicle is fitted with an alarm set it, and also consider the use of good quality steering , and or or gear lever locks.

If your vehicle is a keyless ignition use a Faraday pouch to keep your keys in when the vehicle is parked.

Also it is important to remove valuables from your vehicle when it is parked, and not to leave items on display.

something as simple, and innocent as a jacket on a seat provides the opportunist thief with a potential reason to break into a vehicle.
